The Frankie Foundation

      The Frankie Foundation was organized in 1996. The purpose of the organization is to produce the drama The Legend of Frankie Silver in the Burke County Region of North Carolina. After this first production, it is our hope that we could continue this by presenting other historical dramas.

      Our logo is the scales of justice Sometimes the scales are balanced and sometimes they are not. Some believe that she killed her husband in a fit of anger or jealousy, in self-defense, or that she deviously planned the murder. There is the possibility that she did not kill at all.
